I’m kinda confused I have ordered before the wild fires this is my first time since, I was anticipating the smell of the lemons to permeate through the box just like all my previous orders. Not only was there zero smell but even putting the lemon up to you to smell there is nothing! Is there now a coating on the lemons?

Hi Pamela, thank you for ordering from us again and for your question. Our lemons are not coated, waxed, or treated. They are picked fresh and shipped the same day they are harvested. Natural citrus aroma can vary from harvest to harvest depending on the season, temperature, and transit conditions. We appreciate you asking, and we are glad to clarify that these are still fresh, untreated lemons from our orchard.

Everything is good except the price comes out to six dollars a grapefruit. But the quality can taste a superb.

Netty, thank you so much for your review. We are glad you appreciated the quality and taste of the fruit. Unfortunately, today’s reality is that shipping costs are high, as are the costs of growing fruit in California, especially organic, unwaxed fruit. We wish we could offer it at a lower cost, but this is the reality of growing and shipping fresh fruit on a small scale. We appreciate your order and are glad the quality came through.
Quick delivery
Quick delivery, but not as nice as previous orders.
Gorgeous lemons
Gorgeous lemons! Next time I’ll ask for more branch y leaves. And how to freshen up the leaves. Yet I was so happy - thanks so much.

The delivery service was fast and on point! But I was absolutely disappointed by the quality of my avos. They were rotten and hard?!

Leti, Thank you for contacting us right away and sending the photos. We carefully inspect our avocados before they leave our facility, and your order was shipped in excellent condition. From the photos, it looks like the fruit was affected by extreme heat during transit, which can sometimes cause firm avocados to soften unevenly and fail to ripen properly. We understand how disappointing that is and we promptly issued a full refund. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
Happy with the quality
I didn't know what to expect as this was my first order. The avocados and grapefruits were better than I expected. I'm happy with the quality and look forward to ordering again.

I come from California and know what a good avacado tastes like. These are wonderful. The only avocados we can get here in New Mexico are from Mexico and they are awful, I can’t eat them so these are perfect. I will be ordering more for sure. I would like a monthly subscription but not sure I can afford it. Well worth the cost, you did greatly ZAVA RANCH!
Fresh and sweet, minimal seeds
They came looking very fresh The peel is now soaking in grain alcohol for limoncello And thankfully it didn't have much seeds I've blended the flesh and froze it in ice cube tray and enjoying it daily It tastes more sweet than store bought lemon
Fresh beautiful lemons
Fresh beautiful lemons. Arrived on time. Lemons have a wonderful flavor without the heavy acidity the GMOs have. Definitely recommend
Great lemons
Great lemons, each one good quality, rapid shipping, and best of all, no wax or other coating. Perfect for making preserved lemons.
Absolutely gorgeous lemons
Absolutely gorgeous lemons. The second I opened the box the entire kitchen smelled like fresh lemon blossoms 🍋 The fruit arrived beautiful, fresh, juicy, and far better than any grocery store lemons. You can tell these were picked and shipped with care. Shipping was smooth, packaging was solid, and the quality made the price feel worth it. I’ve already been slicing them into water nonstop and will definitely order again!
