This is bull shit
This is bull shit. A gift card to purchase a gift card. Poor instructions on card number, expiration date and CVV is located on first gift card. Then fill out information on ZIFT site. Now i have to print the ecard to present to Apple Bees. Damn too many steps. Cash is the correct size, color and denomination.

My awful experience with Zillions
I was saving up the gift card which was a gift to me and I finally wanted to use it.
I didn’t know I had to go through a process to activate it which was frustrating but fine, but then it wouldn’t let me activate because it said I had used it which I hadn’t it so I called customer service to talk to them about it and they said it was transferred to Belk and after a long one sided argument because she didn’t know what to say (because she wasn’t helpful wasn’t listening insisting I prove a receipt of purchase)I finally hung up and went to see if it was transferred to Belk so I could by something off of there but then it wasn’t! I am ver disappointed that I was unable to use this card and zillions did not try to rectify the problem.

My mistake for not writing down the order numbers, but two sent cards were never received. And there is no human being anywhere at their phone center to offer assistance to try to remedy the situation. Lost $100.

Horrible! Whoever come up with this ! Got a gift card, need to go to a website to order another gift card and wait until it arrives. I would never recommend anyone to use this method for gifts. Gifts should be enjoyed. This is anti-gift!

Our gift card was put on hold due to it being “compromised”
Our gift card was put on hold due to it being “compromised.” We had called the day before and they told us it was on hold, but they were releasing the hold so we could use it the next day. However, we were stilling having issues with it. We called and spoke to someone about the issue with the card- she told us that she had to deactivate the card since it was compromised. She wanted our personal information so we could be sent a replacement, and it would take ten business days to receive. She wouldn’t refund the amount to the card that was used to buy it. This isn’t a debit or credit card, it’s a gift card, so how in the world did it get compromised? She couldn’t even tell me how it got compromised- all she could tell me is that she needed my personal information to get a new gift card. It’s absolutely absurd that they’re treating a gift card like a debit card. Due to this entire situation and how odd it was, I didn’t feel comfortable giving her my information, which I feel is understandable. She got mad and snippy with me, which I didn’t appreciate.

So far wonderful hate carrying cash had my purse stolen before and I’ve have others damage my credit and they even purchased a car of 5,000 dollars but I had to pay back Chase bank I could never prove it wasn’t me, the person looked a lot like myself and stole until I had to get a attorney to help costing me way over 10,000 dollars after it was done so please if I’ve learned one thing, be safe don’t have your information in your wallet. Just almost lost my savings and it serious damaged my life for years.

I was worried at the beginning of the process, because I kept getting VPN error messages, I was getting annoyed because I couldn’t get the information added like I needed to.
I tried 2 different phones, and then I tried a third time, after borrowing my grandsons phone, and low and behold, it worked.
This was like a scavenger hunt of sorts. Overall a fun experience. Nice way to use a gift card gift.
I will also enjoy using my selection.
