The redemption process is very confusing and the website is as complicated because the necessary prompts needed to process the gift card is located after the list of stores instead of being at the top and then introduce the stores for redemption or just be more descriptive as to where the prompts are located.

I went to buy the happy birthday gift card for my nephew for his birthday. He loves Spotify, and since I couldn't find any other Spotify gift card anywhere, I got him a zillions gift card instead. When he went to redeem the card, he told me he could not redeem it for Spotify even though it advertises you can redeem it for that. Do not buy the green happy birthday gift card until they fix this.
