When we buy the gift cards from you we should be able to use right away. We should not have to log into this website to "order" it , to then have it be sent over to our email address, to then be able to use it. I find this to be too much red tape. Unnecessary extra steps.

My mom bought me a $25 gift card from ZillionsGift.com, and I went to the website to redeem it. After scratching off the backing to get the code, I entered the 16 digits, and the expiration, and the CVV code on the website. I chose a reward, addressed it to myself, filled out the sender info (why do they need my phone number?), and got an immediate error. "We are unable to process your order." I tried the process four more times, including on another browser and another computer, even a different gift: same problem. I called their support line, navigated their obstructive menu, and told the support person my problem. She said it was a website error, and I should wait 24 hours and try again after clearing my browser cache, or use another computer. At this point, I felt the entire operation was a total scam, meant to take the money of poor old mothers and never result in an actual gift. I waited more than 24 hours and tried again, on a totally different computer. Same error. I tried once more, but this time used a different email address for the sender than for the receiver. That worked, but I should be able to send myself a card for a gift I received, and they should be able to warn me if using the same email is a deal-breaker. I haven't used the resulting gift yet, but at least it sent without error this time. Wouldn't trust this company at all. I see many posts of others having similar problems.

Nightmare trying to redeem??? Couldn’t scratch off info. Needed Called customer service….they said no problem and sent me mail with card info When I tried to enter info online….got error message…I called customer service again and was told their was a hold on the card and was given no reason???got nowhere and requested supervisor I was told to send proof of id such as my license…..I asked them to send me a email and was told they don’t have that available and I was to just send my id to a website….I refused…they had already verified who I was and had sent me a letter by email to my address????? This is setup like a scam??? Make it as difficult as possible to redeem and the customer gives up trying???? I wasted an hour being told I have a valid complaint but nothing done to resolve it? Do not use these gift cards…. Tell your friends

although the card i bought at stores shows amazon and lowes on it. they were not on the site when i went to get the gift certificate
multiple tries to get on Zillonsgift.com. multiple failures. Finally tried Zift in the search. To whom does this appeal? Nightmare. Never again, and yuck.
