This company charged me for a service that they are not even providing. The first person that was supposed to do the work quit. 3 days later the new person talking to me told me what was going to unfold moving forward and that was a lie. The person that brought me on board doesn't respond to emails. And I want my money back.
Lost all client/potentials emails for 6 months! Contacted Zing multiple times stating something must be wrong. Told everything looked fine. Zing is absolute garbage. 0 stars.
I bought a new website from Zing. Upon transferring admin rights, I lost all email service. The fix is likely easy, but Zing support time is up to three days. Imagine losing three days of email in your business. Zing support doesn't have the website admin transfer process right, and it's hurting customers.
This company is all about themselves. They could care less about text harassment and will contact you and disrupt what you're doing at 9:00 AM because they want to make a sale that you never inquired about. I've so had it with this nonsense from people.
