The online website is easy to navigate directly to the point shows double checks. My address, I had to change the credit card number that went through fairly easy. I got my order in just after 12 o'clock noon. I'm on the West Coast, hopefully it goes out 2nd day error and I get it on Wednesday from today, which is Monday, but you guys are pretty good about getting the doctor's approval right away and getting it shipped out to me.I just wish there was more promo codes that I could use as discounts cause it's kind of expensive even though

Reordering is quite simple. Ziphealth has set everything up so the procss is just a few clicks away. I wanted to use an alternative product and I moved easily from my reorder page to the dialogue to determine if qualified for the change. It was very simple. If fulfillment and delivery was like my first and only order then the wheel has been greased & is ready.

The shipping of my migraine medicine order somehow got screwed up so the medicine arrived late, and ZipHealth made it right!!! They were very apologetic and sent it overnight to make up for whatever shipping issue occurred. Many thanks especially to Devin in Customer Support!!!

Honest thorough and efficient.
Honest , efficient and not just a pass through. I did get cancer and the Dr went through my medical treatments meds and health as part of the screening process. Pricing is very competitive. I used off-shore pharmacies and am glad to deal with local US based company. Highly recommend Zip Health.
