Great experience and interesting program. I've taken graduate level AI courses at several universities, and this was the best presentation and structure I've seen. Very engaging, and definitely worthwhile.

Registration was quick and easy, with no pressure to add anything extra. Communication throughout the program was clear and consistent. I really appreciated the open forums with my classmates, being able to connect on LinkedIn and even chat about off‑topic HR topics made the experience even better. It was definitely money well spent.

This course is great. I appreciated the team's organization and expertise throughout. Most importantly, the wealth of AI information helped me realize how to work more efficiently and make the most of my efforts.

The class was really thorough

The class was really thorough, and the information was great for beginners to the project management field, or even individuals who have some experience. I really liked the structure of the Ziplines course, learning management system, and the Learning Support Specialist's assistance. The instructors were very knowledgeable and engaging.

90% of the training was helpful and…

90% of the training was helpful and relevant. The other 10% came across more like a sales pitch hiding as an assignment. Some of the introduction was a bit too much and too enthusiastic - "you'll learn all these [list of different software/applications]". Nope, this class was pretty focused on ChatGPT, Notebook LM, and the sales pitch for Zapier. Which is what I signed up for and expected. But don't oversell, which lead to overwhelm, when that's not what it is. Why tell me I need Slack (when more companies use Teams). I like streamlined and it was clunky and ended up not necessary for the class. The weekly live sessions may have been useful for some people, but my team of 4 people hopped on a live session one time, made it about 30 minutes before leaving and never attended another. It was scattered, overwhelming, exhausting, and mostly the presenter (going too fast) and that one person in class who is annoying. Summary: I got some useful information. I could have done with a slimmed down version, which should cost less, to get what I really needed and skip the fluff and sales pitch.

This course was exactly what I needed

This course was exactly what I needed. I was looking for more details on how AI and automation was being used in HR, and that's what I found here. I enjoyed the real life scenarios, opportunities to practice with these scenarios, and the multitude of resources.

I loved the course however

I loved the course however, I would recommend giving everyone access to the various applications needed for the course ahead of time. I myself had an issue getting one of the free applications which caused me to have a delay in submitting my assignment. Also, trying making the submission part of the course easier. Found it difficult to remember to make my work public so it can be graded.

Very organized and step by step!

I love the content and the structure of the training. The mix of videos, examples and quick knowledge check throughout the training was well designed. It was organized and with a perfect, logical sequencing. I also enjoyed the assignments. They were great way to experience it. My only consideration was about how detailed each step was. I thought it was too easy as every step was explained instead of giving us a problem to solve and let us solve it. Once solved, we should be able to explain what steps we took so we would demonstrate our critical thinking and that we truly learned from the class. My least favourite part was the live sessions. I didn’t find value in the classes because it felt a repetition of the virtual class.

I liked the pace and structure of each module but the Google modules did not prepare at all for the GA4 and Google Ads certifications. As someone with a marketing degree and over 15 years in the MarCom industry, I was taking the course solely for the Google knowledge. Unfortunately the class just did not deliver in that respect.
