Bought a windows 10 home license that did not work
Bought a windows 10 home license. When I received the license it did not work. Livekort chat directed me to call Microsoft. MS reported back that the license was already in use and it was not a license for windows 10 home, so they could not help. Reporting that back to Livekort chat they said they needed 4 hours to investigate and would respond by e-mail. Next day I had heard nothing, so I contacted Livekort by e-mail and they started by asking me to install windows 10 home and directions on how to use the license key once windows 10 home was installed. Really! When I again told them what MS had said they said they needed 5-6 hours to investigate. At this point I got fairly annoyed and asked their support to take me seriously. The response to that was to cancel the order without further explanation. I later got an explanation that was clearly a lie. Based on this experience I cannot recommend Livekort.
