From good too extreemly bad
I was super happy to shop at Banggood, where I have bought several nice products from, among others, EnjoyWood - until they delivered a defective product. That's why I also chose Banggood over Temu, and I chose EnjoyWood when I had to buy a Dial Gauge Corrector for my circular saw and milling table. The scale on the product didn't work and one of the two needles was rattling around in the dial, while the other was stuck in a locked position. I complained, and actually expected a refund or exchange, but this is where the problems started. First I had to send extra pictures of the defective meter, even though I had already sent a picture. Then I sent a video, after which they accused me of having disassembled the product, even though the watch is removable, and in fact was not attached upon delivery. They are dragging out the case, and I am still waiting for a response, while they apparently write back and forth with the manufacturer (EnjoyWood). Grotesque experience, for a product for 170,00 kr. Unfortunately, it will not be Banggood again when I have to shop, unless I get an unreserved apology and immediate refund. I have otherwise been happy with the products I have used to build a fantastic milling table for my carpentry workshop - Really bad! UPDATE I got the useless reply below. Now after 9 days they suggest to refund 20DKK of the 170DKK I bought the product for. IS IT A JOKE!!! And they use time on explaining, that they are in contact with the manufactorer. Obviously the do not know the Danis Law in which they have sold the product. BANGGOOD is responsible towards me and I have nothing to do withe the supplier. Theys should of course replace the product or pay back my expenses - product +shipping. I thought Banggood would be better than Temu. It is the opposite. I bought similar products at Temu and have had two faulty products. They refunded instantly - no discussion. NEVER Banggood again. That for sure!
