Egpal works
Having used Playerauctions for years and known that it was safe to use because you order from players with no middlemen. After they started making it impossible to use my type of credit card i had to look for another supplier, on epicnpc i found Egpal and as you can imagine i was skeptic, but delivery was swift and customer service is friendly and patient, i have ordered there for the third time now and they have delivered it to perfection every single time.
