Unreliable support
Often don't answer, so not reliable support. But I like the products I have received, so a mixed bag. Edit: They keep not answering, so I missed out on a 99USD coupon code. Frustrating. Removing one star. Hope I can get it, everyone else who order now will get it, but was not working when I did. Then I'll revert change. Edit: Bump up 1 star, since good value products, and I like their products the most out of all EUC's I've tried. Even though there are def some drawbacks, like customer support being finniky, and possibly QC control issues.
