Sizes are completely off! Customer service is non-existent!
We ordered a couple of hoodies in sizes XL, but when they arrived they were way too small! What we've got is more like Medium size with an "XL" label sewed into. I suppose people in China are smaller on average than people in, say, Northern Europe, but if you sell internationally, your sizes should reflect that! These hoodies are worthless, because they are way too small, I chatted with customer support and then wrote a mail about a return over a month ago, but no response whatsoever! Totally unacceptable! --------------- Added a single star for finally getting a response and get offered a refund.
