HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE — DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I visited their website because I was curious about the DF64 grinder and wanted to check the taxes (I’m located in Denmark). By accident, I clicked “Buy” and the order was processed immediately without any confirmation screen. I contacted their support right away, kindly asking them to cancel the order. They refused and gave me only two options: either pay a cancellation fee of $80 plus a 5% transaction fee, or let the order proceed. I informed them that this is illegal under EU consumer protection laws. After that, they stopped responding entirely. The next day, I received an email saying the item had already been shipped.
