Initially fine, but in case of later issues, there is no help.
Bought a key for a version of Microsoft Office pro 5 user a couple of years ago. The process of buying, recieving code, and installing the program went without any problems. faster and easier than I expected. However: some time later my key didn't work, and i thought nothing of it, since my primary PC was still running the program fine. When I try to install office now, Microsoft has blocked the key. I try to get in touch with the Livekort support, who suggests contacting Microsoft support. Contacting MS support the next day - who claims that it is an illegal copy of Office, and says that whoever I bought it from could help me get a functioning key. Coming back to Livekort support with this information from Microsoft, they say that there is no longer warranty, and therefore they cannot help me any further (since my purchase was a couple of years ago- they informed me earlier in the support-chat, that they provide a 3 month warranty). I understand that in a modern, digital society it can be difficult to provide 100% guarantees for several years, but I am still disappointed that there was no effort to try and help resolve the issue, or maybe offer another version at a discount! Well, the keys are cheap already, I am aware. Still I am left with a feeling of being left stranded. I am off to buy some other version of Office - I have wasted so much time trying to get my existing version to work.
