Scam company. Stay way. I ordered a NIU kqi 2 pro. It looked great, but I wasn't satisfied with the performance, so I returned it in November 2024. Now, in late February 2025 I still haven't received my refund, even though they have confirmed they received it and everything was in order. After several emails and late replies, I don't expect to get any refund. They just say they will look into it every time, even though service department finished the case.
