Apple gift card did not work
I bought 4 Apple gift cards, 3 of the redemption codes worked all OK but the 4th one was invalid. I contacted Livecards & requested a replacement redemption number or refund & they then gave me instructions how to resolve the issue by contacting Apple, taking screenshots, over an hour later & after passing through 3 Apple department chat lines I've had enough. This is not my problem & I should not be left trying to resolve their issue. Livecards have now stated that they will contact Apple to resolve the issue, we'll see how that goes. It's now 3 days since I reported the issue & still no resolution, I have now decided to refer the issue to my credit card company, what a hassle. 9 days later & still no resolution, credit card company have refunded & taken up the issue on my behalf. I have now received a refund from Livecards after 14 days & an apology, although the customer relations were pleasant & resolved the issue eventually I will not use Livecards again.
