Functional website.
Used the site after finding via reverse image search an item that couldn't be found elsewhere. The site is functional. No troubles loading pages, creating an account or during checkout. One month later there's a follow-up email requesting feedback (review) which is IMO a sign the company is interested in what they are doing; the site is not a Set Up Once And Forever cash milkcow but being quality monitored.
