Terrible service, worse ever to be honest. I bought from them on 21st May 2023, all seemed ok at first. Got a tracking number, could see progress. Supposedly landed with their delivery partners in Manchester 21st June and then nothing up to 5th July. I questioned it with customer services to be told it was still in transit! I was then given a completely different tracking number which was through a different delivery partner. Clearly something went wrong (if it was ever placed to start with) with the first order, I’ve flagged it and they’ve ordered another one, or just delaying and buying time. I have asked for a full refund and they are refusing. I’ve said their website states max delivery time to be 22 days, I am at nearly 50 days I think I am been perfectly reasonable asking for a refund. They still are refusing as they can’t refund once order is in transit! Even though the order has been in transit since 21st May to 7th July! Disgusting! The site might come back as 100% legit, but it’s 0% as a business - terrible customer service, find your products elsewhere at all costs DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
