HELP....RETURN DRESS FOR REFUND
I purchased a blue lace top full length gown in size 14 for £115 approx for my granddaughter. I never received a confirmation email and when the dress arrived there was no paperwork enclosed. The dress is to small so need to return. I first tried to contact you on 15th April, sent you an email asking to return the dress, have had no contact at all. I know you have my correct email address because I keep getting fashion emails from you. I have also tried ringing..02082425518 but get the message number not valid. PLEASE CONTACT ME SO I CAN ARRANGE TO RETURN THIS DRESS. Sue Murray. I have received your reply and have to advise you again I DO NOT HAVE AN ORDER NUMBER as I never received a confirmation email and there was no paperwork with the dress when received.
