Shoddy goods, No customer service. Not recommended.
Ordered two pairs of mule type slippers, my wife complained they were too loose so wanted to return/replace them with a different item. Label address in the UK so that should be easy? Offered to pay return postage. Company refused, offered £3 for us to keep them and took ages to answer, then we found out they had overcharged us originally. Once advised of the overcharge, they eventually offered this back with a £1 sweetener. No Apology. No £3 as before. Stay away from this company, shoddy goods and really bad customer relationship.
