Unacceptable issues and it's getting worse
Ahrefs has worked great until recently, but during August-September 2020 there have been so many bugs and issues that I've lost count of them. Worst part is that they're not the slightest proactive about these issues, they don't address them publicly, they never make any statements, and surely they never compensate their paying customers for the inconveniences either. I've tried raising this issue multiple times with their customer support, but all they do is apologize and promising it will be fixed within 24 hours, but then a new issue appears and the process starts over again. And if an issue arises on a Friday, well that's too bad because nothing happens until the following Monday. This is beyond unacceptable, I have no words to describe how badly they're handling these issues. HOWEVER, despite all these issues they did allocate time and resources to develop a completely new profit model for themselves, as described in one of their recent blog posts.
