Sent a leaked product. must reply in 14 days but several emails received no respose so they have lost a big potential contract. RETRACTION! Sunlu have now responded and sent a FULL refund for both products! Thank you, will reconsider using again after trying products. Maybe delay was due to translation 😉😊
