I've been using WPS Office for about a year. Compared to Microsoft Office it is dire! One of the things I dislike most about it is it 'invades' my iMac computer. I've just found it had opened a page in Safari trying to get me to upgrade to paying for it. It keeps changing my settings as well. TBH I think I'll foot the bill for Microsoft ... WPS obvs wants customers to pay - understandable but, if I'm going to pay - I'll pay for the best!
I ordered a PU leather cover for my iPad and since ordering, I have been completely bombarded by emails several times a day from this company. I have asked over and over and over again to unsubscribe (using their link) but to no avail ... I am STILL receiving their wretched emails! Added to which, when the item finally arrived after three weeks, it is a revolting colour - nothing like the illustration. Will be refunded if I return the item to China at my expense which they admit will be costly - so they are offering me a "reward" (ha ha!) of £2.49, off my next purchase. That is not going to happen so I shall just put this down to a very bad experience and NEVER, NEVER buy from them again. Avoid, Avoid, Avoid!!! 04.08.16 Since my original review, Miniinthebox has refunded my entire cost (in two parts, each time with a request to remove the review!) and they have assured me I will receive no further emails. This shows they are willing to help when a customer is unsatisfied but it took writing and publishing a very negative review to get anything to happen! I think they do want to please their customers and maybe this experience will help them improve their performance.
