Advertises as M&S on app adverts...... That makes them very dishonest in my book. Avoid.

If you want their shoes - buy them somewhere else!
I've bought hobibear shoes from other sources and found the shoe a good fit and very comfortable. Then I bought a pair direct from hobibear - and what a horrible experience it was!! I bought my normal size and even double checked the foot measurements to confirm the size was right. I bought a uk size 5 and what arrived, although labeled as a size five, was nearer a 4 - 4.5. So not fit for purpose. I've had a week of to and fro, with the customer service people - who are obviously unable to use google translate to read english and then sending proforma emails. Then the emails got rude and horrible and almost bullying. The return policy is difficult to understand - deliberately difficult, and then they keep trying to say we'll give you a 30% refund and you can keep the shoes (Those shoes that don't fit!), and when you say full refund or nothing, they send you the difficult to return instructions again - in three parts with warnings all over the place about what will happen if you do it wrongly. Then, a different section of their customer service took over - I had to go through all the proforma emails all over again. I just wanted a full refund, but had to settle for replacement shoes in a larger size...something I didn't want to do because; what if it was just that pair of shoes and I'm now going to end up with shoes so big I look like a clown in them. Also, the 'sale price' is actually the real price - not the inflated figure they give to make you feel as though you're saving money. NEVER AGAIN!!!!
