USED KEY - SUPPORT SLOW
There site looks very professional, they say they have live chat 'online' at the top, but in-fact they don't. I purchased a game from there a few days ago, i only used there website once before and didn't have any problems. This time, i received a used product key, i new straight away they probably wouldn't believe me. After waiting a few days for a reply, he asked me to take a screen shot of my origin account to show that i wasn't telling lies. No worries, i took a screen shot and they sent me another key which worked fine. Don't get me wrong, they make u wait over a week for a reply. I must say, there support isn't very good at all, if they don't contact you back i would suggest contacting Moneybookers, paypal, or your bank to get the money back. I contacted moneybookers they said contact us back if they don't offer u any options, so if anyone else has any problems like this, wait a week for reply, if not contact them again, if no reply after a few days contact who you paid with. There site is good, just the support is terrible. It's a chance you take with this site, you might end up with a bad product key, you might end up with a working one, it's the chance you take. 3/5 since they sent me a new key which worked. Support: 2/5 - Very slow replies.
