When there is something wrong, they don't help
I ordered a few times at this webshop. When things are working like they should it is a nice and cheap webshop. However when something isn't as advertised than you really have a problem. I bought a device which had 1. hardware issues (HDMI not working properly) and 2. looked like it is used before they shipped it to me (scratches etc. on the outside). I raised a ticket and now I'm already waiting 5 days for a response while they say 24 to 48 hours... In the end they sent me a replacement part (took a long time to get this solution and to get the new part) and now it is working again. However my preferred solution was sending the item back since I had, and have, no real trust in the product anymore. Beside this I had to change the part myself. However I updated the score to 3 stars
