I ordered a custom tailored suit
I ordered a custom tailored suit. I told them check everything and if anything looks strange contact me before production and they did, they wanted to make sure I measured correctly. So before production I send them multiple pictures of where I measured my existing pair of pants. Pictures with the measuring tape clearly visible on the pictures. But because there was a checkmark at the first online entered data at body measurements they made the pants about 25% bigger. even when I send them all the pictures of the pants I measured. and then they hide behind the checkmark saying its not there fault. A terrible company. Looking at this whole situation I don't think they make anything themselves, I think it's just a fancy website. when they make mistakes they are not home. They offered me 25 dollars to have the pants made smaller where I live. A complete joke.
