Bought a Mavic Air which is a great drone, unfortunately on only the third time of use the compass would not calibrate so could not fly. I contact DJI, very helpful and then sent drone to repair centre, problem identified and replace with new component without charge. (As should be the case) Would have given 5 starts but I guess it should not have gone wrong after only a couple of hours use. Since then drone has performed flawlessly.
