My parcel did finally arrive so was much relieved after reading so many poor reviews. I haven't put it together yet as I had to buy another hanging rail because I needed one sooner rather than later for guest. I will buy products from the UK in future though as shipping takes too long if coming by sea. Can only give 3 stars as the rail isn't put together yet and if did take too long to arrive.
