REALLY BAD
This web is really bad! I would not recommend anyone to buy from this site! I ordered some stuff from the web and of course I thought everything was okay, but then I was contacted and told that two of my items were out of stock, which was really weird because it is was under 'New Arrivals' Okay, so I replaced it. Just to be sure I, after one day contacted one of the supporter just to check that everything was okay and that the new jacket I got was absolutely reserved for me. The supporter assures me that I got a jacket and I thought I could breathe.... but suddenly today I was told that the jacket was out of stock again, and this time the have already shipped my order out, so I got $40 balance I could use next time (the things is that there was not going to be a next time, because of all the problems!) So Now I got $40 balance and of course I do not want to throw them away so I NEEDED to order some new stuff and pay the shipping fee which is by the way COST AS MUCH AS YOUR ORDERED ITEMS! The supporter does not understand anything and there are not helping at all. I've tried to talk to them, but either they do not understand your problem or they just talk themselves out of it.
