Not a great experience
I am updating my review as I agreed to withdraw my original review in exchange for a full refund after my order still hadn’t arrived after a month. Customer Services had been responsive, but just kept asking me to wait, then offered a 20% refund. A full refund was only offered if I returned the goods (to China at my cost!!), which I couldn’t do as they never arrived. It was only after I wrote the original review and was contacted by Olivia in the Client Care team that a full refund was offered - but only if I withdrew the original review. I had read the TrustPilot reviews before I ordered and was reassured. I now, like other recent reviewers, struggle to believe they are genuine. I also note there is a company with a very similar name (belovejewel.uk) which has very poor reviews and suspect they are one and the same. If you are ordering from the company you should be aware that goods are shipped from China and therefore highly unlikely to arrive in the quoted 7 - 10 working days. I would have had no problem with the longer delivery times if they had just been honest about it to start with (although the item I had ordered was highly seasonal so wouldn’t have ordered it had I known). In fairness, the reason I didn’t get my delivery at all was down to Yodel in the UK. If they had delivered it once they had received it I would have had it in 20 working days. However, due to the fact I was continually asked to wait and was only offered a full refund for goods that hadn’t been delivered on condition of withdrawing a poor review, which I feel is unethical, I feel that two stars is the maximum I can give.
