Not So Good...
Ordered a key a few days ago, The game's site said it had already been used. Contacted support, was told to send in a screenshot as proof. Waited 24h, re-sent the email..waited another 24h with no response, resent. Opened a dispute with paypal, 24h later it was "Resolved" I did receive a refund, but I really just wanted a WORKING key.
