Nearly perfect - definitely will consider ordering again.
As with all of the other posts, I was a bit skeptical ordering my wedding dress online. I ordered my dress in a standard size, but decided to change to a size up reading the reviews. The customer support team very quickly accepted my requested to change the size after I ordered which I appreciate. The dress arrived (to Reading, UK) within about 14 days of ordering which is great. I think it was about 4 days from the day it actually shipped from China, arriving with DPD. I didn't come across any import tax issues. The dress itself is great value, it is good quality, and feels nice on. Obviously a £3,000 would feel very different, but it still feels very nice, especially for the price I paid. The only issue I have is the embroidery detail on my dress - there are lots (approx. 50) of 1-2cm strands sticking out all over the top of the dress. I contacted customer support (who respond very quickly and politely) who said someone normally cuts these off, but I can do it myself. If I didn't have to do this, then the dress /experience would have been perfect. The customer support have also offered 20% off my next shop, I'm just not sure if I'll use it. Just a recommendation on sizing - I'm sure their tailoring service is great, however people had mixed reviews. Personally I've gone for a size up with their standard sizing, meaning I can just take it into a tailors in the UK just before the wedding (gives me space to lose or put on weight too).
