Nice hardware poor software and remote system access
Nice hardware (well some of it), terrible software and remote platform access. I have had a system for 8 years and around 2 years ago, Internet Explorer was withdrawn from service and after this my problems started. Hikvision are incapable of catering for the mainline platforms such as Chrome and for 2 years I have been unable to access my system on my PC. During Login there appears a request to download and install a plugin. This does not and never has worked at all. New camera that has smart tracking is impossible to set up. Youtube videos on the subject are all rubbish
