Because of an iDEAL error I paid my order twice, send all the proof of that but I only get 'we will look into it' response (so no money back). Disappointing... Update: What actually happened was that a few days after my failed iDEAL transaction (amount was debited from my account but Banggood said the transaction failed), Banggood noticed this and on their own initiative decided to continue the order. So I received everything twice, I can send one order back for a refund. Another update: I have to send it back to China to get my money back, paying transportation/import fees myself. Shipping costs to China exceed almost the value of the goods so that makes no sense...
