Machine worked ok for 6 months then…
Machine worked ok for 6 months then went dead I believe it to be software corruption after changing battery thinking that was the problem but it did not work.i then contacted customer service who said send video of Kyvol e20 what it’s doing.sent one video they said send video of power button on.still waiting for reply. As I thought they asked for order number then told me because there product( Kyvol E20 )wasn’t bought in the reputable dealer that it wasn’t their responsibility.
