I never write Trustpilot reviews (or negative reviews in general), but I’m really disappointed by this company. They don’t answer on their customer support email (it’s been a full week at this point). I don’t think I’d even want to order anything from a company that doesn’t respond to simple questions, but does anyone know where they ship from?
