Very poor customer service if things go wrong
Bought an iphone 6s from Alpha Smartphones which had issues from the first week. Had to return it for repair at cost to me of £14 and no phone while being fixed. Phone was better but still not working correctly and calls were being missed as screen was not responding. Returned phone again (another £14) no communication from Alpha smartphones regarding the progress, they dont answer the telephone or reply to emails, only give a standard reply through Amazon market place. After about thee weeks my phone came back. Again the phone worked intermittently and I tried to return it a third time but was told it was now out of guarantee and they were not interested. Very disappointed and would not recommend this seller.
