CROOKS!!
Ok this is evidence that Litfad are CROOKS! Since I opened dispute resolution case with PayPal, Litfad wanted me to ‘close the dispute’ first explaining that they are unable to issue a full refund if £125.22 because the case is pending. UNTRUE AND LIARS!! I spoke to PayPal today and they said the seller CAN ISSUE a refund anytime - funds are not locked in just because there’s a case dispute. Litfad can issue the refund their end notwithstanding the case still being open with PayPal. Yet again Litfad are refusing to refund!! Absolutely disgusting customer service - con artists!! DONT BE FOOLED BY LITFAD

DISGUSTING SERVICE
BEWARE OF LITFAD:
After sending numerous emails over a period of 4 weeks as the item did not arrive , this company will first offer you 5% the gradually increase to 10% then 20% then 30% and so on and so forth. Today I got this email from them:
“We are very sorry that you are not satisfied with the item.
We can refund 40% of the items price for compensation, will you accept that?
Thanks for your kind understanding.
Litfad will be always by your side.”
They even got the info wrong - it’s not that I am dissatisfied with the item - mate, I HAVEN'T RECEIVED it!!! Secondly what does ‘always be by your side’ mean - I know Valentines Day is approaching but I don’t need my hand held and all this rubbish sweetness.
GIVE ME MY REFUND OF £65 - I have not received your item after ordering it early Nov! DISGUSTING SERVICE. PLS DONT BUY FROM THEM

This company is a hoax!!
This company is a hoax!!! I purchased a table early Nov 2025 and it is now early Feb 2026. Still this company thinks that the item will somehow ‘magically’ arrive. They talk about a logistics company and the delays caused by them on delivery. They just WONT ACCEPT THAT THIS IS LOST!! DELUSIONAL and refuses to give me a refund. I WARN anyone wanting to buy from Litfad - DONT and save yourself time and effort in chasing and chasing and chasing them for a refund of £60. CROOKS!!!

This company is a fraud. DONT BUY!
This company is a fraud. It’s advertised as if the products are posted from the UK but it’s actually by boat from China. It takes about three months to arrive and when delivered, it was only in part. Packaging was torn and the goods were sub standard. I have emailed customer service for a refund loads of times but they still don’t want to give me a refund for the one item that still hasn’t arrived. Very very poor service. I guess it’s a lesson learnt from me and have to accept a loss here. Pls pls don’t buy from this company. I regret buying from them myself. The worse service I have ever experienced!! It’s not even worth a star
