Order finally arrived after 3 weeks
Order finally arrived after 3 weeks, quality of threads not great. I ordered 14ct design which is really bad quality, blurry in parts with no back stitch instructions to add the detail to the pattern so the finished piece will be blurry & nothing like the website picture. Tried contacting customer service as stated in this reply absolutely no use whatsoever in fact they have blamed improper use rather than poor quality as the issue, I have been doing cross stitch for over 30 years and never had problems before. Will never use again and would advise people to use one of the many UK companies.
