Absolutely shocking customer service
Absolutely shocking customer service, i ordered items in February and it took ages for them to arrive, arrived after chasing. I returned the items I didnt want and received emails offering to add the refund to my account, I refused this offer and asked them to add it back to the original payment method. I am now over 30 messages on and no refund even though I am assured they have done it everytime I ring
