Another 11 days on from my first review and STILL waiting for the refund. Three times I have given them a PayPal address to send it to as apparently it's their policy that if the transaction is over 3 months they have to use PayPal. Whatever, they are not replying and not sending my refund. Definitely time to take this further.
Liars and holding back on refund! The trouble with their helpine and email responses all being AI means they don't resolve issues properly. They lied and said my refund had been made on 17th June then admitted it hadn't. They tried to blame the credit card but nothing their end is holding up the refund. They have now asked for my PayPal account to send the refund to. They should be returning to the original payment method. Despite that I have provided a PayPal address over a week ago and still no refund. They really are the worst company I've ever had the displeasure to deal with. Shocking customer service.
Not great when things go wrong. Returned their new heat press after raising a dispute through my credit card. Returned it at the beginning of June. They do not pay for return postage but reimburse in store credit 🙄 They lied and said they had made the refund on 17 June. Lots of emails later they admitted the refund hadn't been made because the transaction was in dispute. They asked me to lift the dispute and let them know so they can refund. Another week has gone by since advising them they can now make the refund and they are not even doing the courtesy of replying. Mind you, replies are all AI anyway. So I'm still £360 down since I originally made the purchase in February! I won't give up and will be raising this with the FCA and anyone who will listen. Further info received from my credit card advised that there has been no reason for the refund not to have been received. There are no blocks on their end. So more lies from HTVront.
