Napo is a great insurance company to be with, it’s so easy to submit a claim via their portal, takes seconds then the vet does the rest. Without fail I have been paid out within 24 hours, and mostly within 6 hours, of the vet submitting the claim. My dachshund had IVDD and I cannot fault NAPO. Plus there is an online chat for queries or they respond within 24 hours for some .
