Company won’t cancel my subscription !!
I have contacted customer services to try to cancel a subscription that I made inadvertently. The agent ‘ Mia’ has delayed this request despite me stating clearly that I wish to cancel as the product disagrees with me. Request for a reason why, offers to pause subscription, more details of how it disagrees with me etc . Do not use this Company as it’s bordering of the boundaries of customer rights and trading standards laws . Please please please just cancel my subscription!
