Absolutely useless customer service treatment by Theo
Trying to get a new battery in my 2018 Honor phone. When I input the serial number that came from my phone into their website, it came up with invalid. Contacted customer service and they also said number was invalid although I took a screen shot from my phone. I cannot find the receipt from 6 years ago so they will not help. They are implying it is not a Huawei phone although they have the images I took. I want to pay for a repair but they are not letting me. I am extremely disappointed and very angry. Absolutely useless customer service. I dealt with Theo from Huawei customer service - 0/10.
