DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Terrible company. Driver got lost, marked the order as "delivered" after contacting customer service had to wait for 1h before a reply, then nearly another hour for them to hear back from the store (mine you, their replies don't pop up on homescreen. So for those 2 hours I had to keep checking my phone every 5-10 minutes just to see if there's a response.) then the order got cancelled. So the drivers wait for the customer to contact before they admit the order wasn't delivered? Then they lie they couldn't reach you. Can't believe Gorillas and getir went bankrupt while flink survived with this appalling service.
