Most impressive technical support
I was overwhelmingly impressed today by the high level of technical support I received from Colin at Pixel Film Studios (PFS). I had Final Cut Pro problems on both the computers I use for video editing. I was pulling my hair out! I connected with Colin and, straight way, he connected to my computer remotely and worked his magic. I was so very impressed with his skill both in terms of identifying the problems and then fixing them. I was truly worried that I would not be able to meet an important deadline but Colin promptly, politely and quickly solved all my problems. If only all technical support was this good. Top marks to Pixel Film Studios.
