No that didnt work! Tried the email you gave me which bounced back! I assume there were too many letters in it so tried without two "r"s and it did not bounce back but still no reply! Tried the phone number you gave me and actually spoke to someone-who could not help me with technical issues! She gave me the number for the technival support department- came back "Number not valid" !! Shall I give up? Glad I am not buying anything new from you! I just had a very simple quick query about pan supports- can it be this difficult to get a response??
