Avoid like the plague
Purchased a tablet, no news for days, had to try contact them through online support (was on hold in chat for many hours, nothing) phone (No answer, never) and mail. Finally (after a week)I get an email stating that the item wasn't available in the factory and in the whole china and I had to wait for an indefinite amount of time. I now open a case with paypal (fortunately I used that to pay) and eventually will get my money back (probably will take months) but im without tablet and without money. Nice job pandawill, silly me I trusted you. If you want serious service go to android sale. very serious and honest traders.
