Unprofessional site, ordered items never arrived, got money back after 4 whole months of dealing with the lousy custom service!
This is my second time ordering something from dresslink.com. I dared to order a second time because the first time went pretty well even though it took me forever to receive the item. The second time went AWFUL! Let me try to describe the situation without many details.. On 24th April 2014 I ordered two items this time and I paid $20 USD in advance. I was expecting the order to be late but it DID NOT EVEN ARRIVE at all this time, I wrote them several emails l but I did not hear much from their custom service until I wrote this very diplomatic letter claiming their breach of contract and my lawful rights as a buyer. I had to threaten to file a complaint to the country court in order for them to give me my money back. Two months later (June) I got a letter saying the items were ''unfortunately out of stock''. Wtf?! The custom service and I emailed each other what feels like hundreds of emails back and forth until I AFTER 4 FREAKING MONTHS finally were able to get my money back. The worst part of it all though is that I did not even get the full sum back. One thing is for sure. I will NEVER buy anything from that site again!
